JM ShapeUp Backside

As of 7:30 pm, no workout yet- but I do plan to get one in later today. I ended up with a sick kiddo at home after 11 am.

Kind of skipped breakfast this morning and had only coffee. Then mid-morning, I got hungry (after a grocery store trip) and so I made a scrambled egg sandwich with a slice of cheese and tomato, plus eating the rest of the tomato as a "side".
Lunch was a turkey lunchmeat sandwich, with fat-free cheese, lettuce and tomato on it. And honey mustard. Yum. :-)
Dinner was pork curry. I used diced pork cutlets, diced onions, green bell pepper and a small can of mushrooms in the curry sauce. And served over a mix of brown rice and sticky rice.
Okay, so I finally got my workout in at 9pm! I did the JM ShapeUp Backside workout and worked up quite a sweat in just a few short minutes!

Water: 1800 ml
Protein: 2 eggs (only one yolk), turkey lunchmeat, pork
Fats: omega-3 fish oil, flaxseed oil
Fiber: whole wheat bread, brown rice
Dairy: fat-free cheese X 2
Fruits:
Veggies: tomato X 2, lettuce (2 leaves romaine), onion, bell pepper
Breads/grains: whole wheat eng. muffin, whole wheat bread, brown rice, white rice
Salty Carbs/junk:
Sweet Carbs/treats: chocolate cake
Misc. beverages: coffee
Vitamins: multi, omega-3 fish oil, flaxseed oil
