Kenpo X, TJ 20-Minute

Kenpo X done, followed by a quick TJ 20-minute workout. I was going to do a longer TJ but with my messing with WOWY this morning, I lost daylight. Grrrr that I couldn't log into WOWY at all! It kept making me try to update my personal info (as if I was signing up for the very first time) but then even when I fill it out and send it, it just pops me right back into the same page again. Aggravating!!!
Anyway, I did do Kenpo X and used the TJ 1-lb weighted gloves. Didn't use ankle weights this time. I was in what Tony calls a "flop sweat" (at least that's what it sounds like he calls it) where the sweat is just pouring off your body. It felt gooooood. :-)
Now I'm starving. lol
Anyway, I'm posting a pic of a fellow BBer and Xer, named 'Lawgirl' and her photos just impressed me! The way she can look smaller but yet weigh a whole 10 lbs more! You can't even TELL there is 10 lbs more weight on that second photo!
But that's what I'm aiming for. A thinner and more toned body (probably not as thin as HERS though, let's be realistic) no matter what the weight on the scale says. It's taken awhile, but I think I'm finally getting past that 'aching over every little pound' thing. Now I weigh myself more to monitor things, but if I end up weighing more (and I know I have been doing alot of resistance work), then I can rest assured that it's muscle mass and not my getting fat. If I start to gain and I haven't done any resistance work, then I will know it's probably water weight (if I've had lots of salty stuff lately) or fat (if I've eaten alot of non-healthy stuff in volumes lately)... but I can at least stay calm in knowing that sometimes the scale is just measuring muscle gains.
I have some sushi coming up for this evening for dinner, and so I will have to choose a higher-protein lunch. I'm a bit sore from all the workouts this week (with it finally being a bit more regular) but it's nice to know that I'm back to firming up again.
