Going out for my WalkAmerica walk this morning, for the March of Dimes. :-) It's only 2 miles and I'd try to run it, but my oldest brother is joining me again this year- and so I will walk it with him.
Breakfast this morning is just a high-protein bar. Overate the pizza buffet last night, and I'm actually surprised that I feel hungry this morning already! Usually, after a big dinner, I won't wake up hungry. But I'm trying not to eat too much, just knowing how many calories I had to have consumed last night!
The Walk went well, and then this afternoon we went to an Earth Day event. Not too much walking on that one, but it was still a decent outing. Been doing a bit more snacking today than I thought I would.
Water: 1100 ml
Protein: PowerBar Protein Plus bar, peanut butter, turkey lunchmeat, sushi
Fats: peanut butter, avocado
Fiber: whole wheat bread, wheat germ
Dairy: fat-free cheese
Fruits:
Veggies: lettuce
Breads/grains: whole wheat bread, white bread, sushi rice
Salty Carbs/junk: popcorn (only a little)
Sweet Carbs/treats: bear claw, rice krispie treat, ice cream
Misc. beverages: orange juice, Powerade, lemon Peel wine cooler
