Day 90 Pics

I obviously hit my Peak on Day 60... and then things went downhill after that. I ended up at about where I was around Day 30, I think. But I am glad that even with all that I had going on for the last 30 days, I didn't just CRASH and gain everything back, or trashed everything I'd worked for. So as well as things were working for me up to Day 60, I know that when I can start focusing on the X again... I will be able to get the results I'm wanting! I just can't seem to focus enough right now... and the best I can do is just maintain.


I do like it that my back is looking more muscular even though the back & hip fat isn't all gone yet.

And the favorite new change I've made with the X- are the shoulders and arms! I'm still thrilled that I have some shape to my upper arms now!
No workout yet so far today... I've been running errands and messing with a ton of photos all day!

I see some changes in your chest/arm area as well as your lower abs and your waist!!

With how far you've already come...just imagine what will happen on the next 90-day round. You go, girl!!! When you can focus on this process better I'm sure you will find yourself getting "ripped"!
