Cardio Party 3

Got one in a bit late this evening. Decided to do something a bit "brainless" where I don't have to pay too much attention... probably should've picked the original Cardio Party rather than #3, but oh well...

Got about 2/3 of the way through and I had had enough. For today, it was enough. It's been a long day, and I basically needed a workout to blow off some stress, and once I felt "blown off" enough, I just felt like stopping, so I did!

It's been a long day. And with a buffet with some family at the end, where I actually ate TWO desserts. One slice of a chocolate meringue pie, and a slice of cheesecake, too. But then oddly enough- I come home and after the workout, instead of weighing a ton more because of the food, I was weighing about the same as I normally do in the mornings. Which is really bizarre for me, especially in the evening, and after a buffet, no less. It'll be interesting to see just what that crazy scale says in the morning. I swear that machine LIES all the time.

But I did eat well for the regular food- a piece of baked fish, some rice, green beans, spinach, jalapeno cornbread, fried okra, fresh fruit (peaches, bananas, melon), and a piece of fried chicken (didn't eat the skin or batter). Yeah, that sounds like ALOT, but I just had a little bit of each item. The dessert was what I went overboard on.

So anyway, tomorrow should be a little less busy, and I hope to get another workout in without too much trouble. Oh, and I didn't get any workout in yesterday for Monday.
