Rest Day, JUNK Day

Didn't do any workouts today. Mondays, as usual- are the busiest days of the week for me, so it's my "rest day".

Didn't eat too good though. Didn't eat alot like all those buffets of late- but what I did eat- was not the healthiest. Started out the morning with coffee. And then later, a protein bar once I got hungry. Then lunch was a couple of Hershey's kisses (coffee flavored dark chocolate kisses), and some tortilla chips. And then once I got the kids from school, we had chocolate cake at Dad's house. And I had 2 pieces (not huge pieces... but still more than what I should have to begin with- which should've been NONE). Then dinner was 2 shake-and-bake style chicken drumsticks (leftovers). And that is IT for my eating today. Crazy that I can go from eating healthy sometimes to eating too much sometimes, to eating too little at other times. And to eat nothing but junk, too. :-P

Even the fluctuations are not healthy. But I hope the damage won't be too nutty.
