Did Kenpo X this morning, and used 1-lb weighted gloves all the way through. Felt great! And on the moves that were getting too easy, I would try to drop down lower or punch just a little faster. I'm hoping that one day I will be able to stay in the "horse" position as low as Tony Lat. in the back does. I'm not quite down that low - yet.
Tomorrow is "rest day" and Stretch- and that will wrap up Week 6! Woohoooo! :-D

Hey Tux, I am doing the X as well and keeping track of it in a blog...Congrats on your success so far. I am on Day 5 Legs and Back and man oh man am I tired...My legs are screaming lol...Good Luck...and keep "BRINGING IT"
