Stretch X, ARX

I'm not sure what is up with me on some funky postings in the BeachBody area, but I think I'm getting forgetful on what day I'm doing what when I post over there!

Anyway, I finally got ARX in today, and here are the numbers:
In & outs: 25, with arms up
Seated bicycles: 25/23 (I know- you'd think I could just simply do 2 more- but it was me falling over at 23- so no, I couldn't do 2 more! I feel these HURT in the thighs. Whoa!)
Crunchy Frog: 25, with breaks at around every 6-7 reps
Crossed leg wide sit-ups: 20, wide leg (can't seem to fit in 25 in the time allotted, will have to start hitting "pause", or pick up my speed)
Fifer scissors: 20 (gotta focus on keeping the toes flexed though, I noticed today- and ugh, that makes it harder!)
Hip Rock & raise: 20
Pulse-up: 25
Roll-up V combo: 18
Oblique V-ups: 10/10 (dogging it I think... but I was just not in the mood for these today)
Leg CLimb: 12/12
Mason kayak twists: 40 (and oof!)

And although the P90X doesn't say to do a repeat on the Fit Test until the very end, to compare 'start stats' and 'end stats'... I did them again last week to see what my Day 30 Fit Test might be anyway.
Resting HR: 74 / 88
Pull ups: wide grip, 1/3; close grip, 1 / wide, 1/3; close grip, 1
Vertical jump: 13 in / 13 in
Pushups: 21 on toes / 25 on toes
Toe Touch: +6.5 / +7
Wall squat: 2 min 4 sec / 2 min 50 sec
Bicep curls: 25-10lbs / 32-10lbs
In & outs: 40 / 62
HR Maximizer: 157 / 155
1 min: 130 / 132
2 min: 109 / 112
3 min: 102 / 108
4 min: 98 / 99

The first number (in red) was from before the X. Not sure why the HR is so different, but it just wasn't as low today.
