Stretch X

Today was supposed to have been Kenpo, but I decided to switch today's with tomorrow's workout. So today I did Stretch X. I NEEDED it though! My shins were tight from yesterday's hour-long walk with the dog. And with her trying to pull me for about the first 1/3 of it- I felt like I used alot of non-walking muscles just to keep her in check.

And then today, I got into a cleaning groove... and swept floors, mopped floors... and also swept and hosed off the back patio of all the dirt and mud that the dog brings up in there. My arms were feeling the workout, with all the floor-cleaning!! But it was a good kind of tired. I felt like I worked the arms (a new version of Kenpo?), which is good- AND I got the floors clean, which is something that I'd let slide for too long. It needed the cleaning, badly!

Eating has not been good. Yummy, but not good. Pizza. Too many carbs, not enough protein. Probably too much fat, too (not just the pizza- I KNOW that is too much fat... but I meant overall). I'm not sure why I have been comfort-food craving the past several days, but I have been. And giving in to some of it. I have the good food (healthy) here, and I'm eating it, but I'm also eating the bad food as well. :-P

I do feel MUCH stronger all over... but I'm not doing very well in the fat-stripping part of the plan.
