Rest day, and I didn't have alot of time for fitting in Stretch X... so I just did PHH Stretch instead.
Tomorrow starts Phase 3, and with a new workout, Chest & Back. I have NO idea what I have in store for me, but I'm sure it'll make me SORE! lol
Foods could still be better, but they are still not horrid. But definitely could be better. Gotta keep on pushing on- and keep on trying to keep the eating moving towards "better" than "worse" because it would be SOO easy to just slide back into the bad eating! Bad eating is so much more convenient. It's so much faster. And sometimes it's tastier... although the good foods really are yummy as well. They just require more work/time to make! And dang it... that fast-and-easy factor wins out sometimes. Too many times. :-P
Day 60 photos will be done before the end of the week! Yikes!!!
