Ugh!!! Today was Plyometrics, and I didn't have time to get it in until evening. But I ate too late... and it got in the way of doing Plyo the RIGHT way! I made it about halfway through, and I was feeling downright ILL. All the sloshing and jumping and sloshing and moving and sloshing... ugh. I had to call it quits and stop early.
Never, never attempt to do Plyo too soon after a big meal! Not a good idea. Even Tony says so, at the beginning... but I thought I might be able to work my way through anyhow. I might've done okay had I not tried to push myself to keep up... if I'd have done some really minimal jumping and modified alot more... but I didn't. Now I'm hurting!
Okay, so maybe I can try it again some other day (as a double maybe) or something... and do it right next time. I feel like I'm full of cottage cheese. :-P
