TJ Cardio Party

Cardio Party in the bag!!! I used the 1-lb weighted gloves and my 1.5 lb ankle weights all the way through. Whooooo what a kick! Felt great, and now it's time for a shower and then get ready for my date tonight. :-) Going out for sushi/japanese and then back home for movies and backrubs. Yummy, yummy! Going to be a relaxing one for sure! I need it! Not sure why I'm feeling so stressed, but I am- and I really could use some quiet time for just eating and snuggling and touching and just BEING.

Tomorrow is Yoga, then Monday is Stretch... and then it's the start of Phase 3. Woohoooo!

Felt like a one-woman dorkorama the one time I tried TJ Cardio Party. I could NOT keep up with the moves. I need to go back and do the 'regular' TJ videos before I attempt the "party" again! LOL

Believe me- I was QUITE the dorkarama when I first tried TJ, too! I would always post that I probably looked like a flounder, flopping around, trying to keep up with the DVD!

Now I feel like I'm part of a dance team, doing choreography. When I do the TJ workouts that I don't do very often, I'm a partial flounder again- because I don't know the sequence of moves well enough yet!

But like Chalene says- "even the mistakes still burn calories". ;-)
