I don't know why, but I have been SO HUNGRY lately!!! I want to just eat, eat, eat... and I feel like a bottomless pit. It's maddening and it's scary (because I have food and snacks handy here at home, within easy reach/walk)! Even right after a meal- maybe 30 minutes later, and I'm feeling like the munchies again. Auuugggggghhhh! Where is my satisfaction?!??
Anyway, I did that long post yesterday, and then never posted again. So here are my numbers for the pull-ups in Legs & Back:
Reverse grip chin-ups: 2 WITHOUT CHAIR!, then 3 w/ chair/ 1 without chair, then 4 with chair (wooohooo that the no-chair ones are happening!)
Wide front pullups: 7 chair/7 chair
Closed grip overhand pullups: 7 chair/10 chair
Switch grip pullups: 8 chair (but 1st reverse grip one done without chair!)/6 chair
And the leg work:
Balance lunge: 20/20 (still hard to get position right to start)
Squats: 25/0 weights
Backleg lunge: 18 each/0 weights
Side lunge: done, no weights
Wall squats: 2-legged ones are getting easier; I feel like I can go longer than the time frame in the workout. On the 1-legged ones, I feel improvement, too- but I am GLAD that it doesn't go any longer! But I'm definitely seeing improvements happening with these. :-)
Tiptoe lunge: 20 (I actually lasted the whole time the kids did!)
Toe roll iso lunge: 20/20
Calf raise: used no weights
80/20 squats: 30/30- and I went airborn when the kids did!!! Woohoo!!
I know I didn't list all the leg moves, but with many of those, I am just doing the required number, with no weights... nothing really interesting to track or speak of.
Did not do ARX afterwards, and was going to do it after Kenpo today, but didn't get it in either! So I will get it in tomorrow before the Stretch X.
Week 5 almost done! :-)
